SOAR ("we," "us," or "our") operates the launchpad.soar.com platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information You Provide

  • Account registration details (name, email address, mailing address, billing address, organization)
  • Meeting transcripts and recordings you upload or connect via integrations
  • Messages and interactions with AI agents within the platform
  • CRM data, contacts, and business information you input
  • Payment information (processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers)
  • Audio and video content you provide through the Service
  • Feedback, support correspondence, and job applications

Information Collected Automatically

  • Log data including browser type, access times, pages viewed, and referring URLs
  • Device information including hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Authentication tokens and session data
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to track usage and measure campaign effectiveness

Information collected from mobile applications is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information from Third-Party Integrations

  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) when you connect your account
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) when you connect your account
  • Meeting recording services for transcript capture
  • Payment processors (Stripe) for billing

Information from External Sources

We may receive information about you from other sources, including service providers, payment processors, and other users within your organization who interact with you through the platform.

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including AI agent functionality
  • To process meeting transcripts and generate actionable intelligence
  • To personalize your experience and improve agent accuracy
  • To process transactions and send related information (confirmations, invoices)
  • To verify your identity and authorization level
  • To communicate with you about the Service, including responding to inquiries
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to process your data, including meeting transcripts, communications, and business documents. AI-generated outputs (agent responses, summaries, recommendations) are derived from your data and the models we use. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models. Your data remains specific to your organization's instance of the Service.

5. Google API Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access Google data you explicitly authorize, use it solely to provide the Service features you requested, and do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide those features or as required by law.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service providers: vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform work on our behalf (cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processing)
  • Within your organization as configured by your administrator
  • Legal compliance when required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Meeting transcripts and agent interaction history are retained according to your organization's configured retention policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. Our infrastructure is SOC 2 certified. SSO is enforced for all access.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Delete your personal data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of certain data processing activities
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

10. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics to understand how the Service is used. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

11. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Service and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
